Order Processing Time
As soon as we receive your order, please allow between 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped during regular business day/hours (M-F, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST). Once your package has been packed and shipped, you will be notified via email of your tracking number. If there delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.
Business Days & Holidays
All orders will be processed and shipped Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following next business day.
Shipping Time Frame and Charges
We ship to all 50 states. Additional shipping time and charges will apply to Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We do not ship internationally at this time.

What is your return policy?
We hope you love our products as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at email@example.com to initiate a return/exchange within thirty (30) days of purchase date. All returns are subject to validation and approval at HollyHoux's discretion. Once approved, you will receive a RA#. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Returns/Exchanges within the thirty (30) days of purchase are accepted unless the item is marked as final sale. Only returns for online orders from hollyhoux.com will be accepted. Store purchases or orders from other online sites must be returned to them directly. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error. Customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using UPS/Fedex or USPS insured mail for returns. We will not be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse.
Masks are not eligible for return.
